If the customer doesn't show up at the pickup location, tap the cancel button and select the appropriate cancellation reason.
The app automatically calculates compensation based on how long since you accepted the ride. If you cancel within 90 seconds of accepting, there's no charge to the customer. After 90 seconds, the customer is charged for your time based on your hourly rate, and you receive payment for that time.
The total charge to the customer is capped at the original fare amount.
