How we help keep riders and drivers safe on every trip

Mutual respect and safety

Your safety and comfort are paramount. All drivers must adhere to our Platform Guidelines, which strictly prohibit discrimination and inappropriate behaviour. If you ever feel unsafe, you can end or cancel a trip through the app, and our in-app support team is available to assist you.

Driver background checks

All drivers are required to pass background checks, including a National Police Check and any additional checks required by their state or territory, before they can accept trips on the platform. Drivers must also maintain valid accreditation, licensing, and insurance throughout their time on the platform. Okly may suspend or terminate access for drivers who pose a safety risk or fail to maintain required credentials.
